摘要: ABSTRACT Viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV) lysed the macrophages from rainbow trout kidney cultures either isolated by plastic adherence or stimulated with purified glycoprotein G VHSV. The supported replication of VHSV as tested cell culture and sandwich ELISA supernatants infected cultures. VHSV-infected showed a decrease in both acridine-orange fluorescence average size.
