The free nucleocapsids of the viral haemorrhagic septicaemia virus contain two antigenically related nucleoproteins.

摘要: A protein of 34kDa (Nx) was induced in vitro by the infection fish cell cultures with rhabdovirus agent viral haemorrhagic septicaemia (VHS) trout. This only appeared as a major component concentrated or intracellular labeled VHS virus but not purified related infectious haematopoietic necrosis virus. That Nx is antigenically to nucleoprotein shown its reaction four antinucleoprotein monoclonal antibodies (at least 3 them reacting non competitivly against different epitopes) and immunoprecipitation polyvalent international reference sera. The be specifically associated free non-infective particles isolated ultracentrifugation which were confirmed nucleocapsids electron microscopy.
