摘要: The class of antihistaminics is a product the work done in therapeutic chemistry (Bovet, 1950) or so-called medicinal chemistry. Unlike anticholinergic drugs some which are found nature (atropine, scopolamine, etc.), antiadrenergic (ergotamine, yohimbine), there were no potent antihistaminic to be serve as model prototype for synthetic antihistaminics. feeble action arginine, histidine and derivatives histamine (Edlbacher et al., 1937; Ackermann, 1939; Ackermann Wasmuth, Rocha e Silva, 1942, 1944) though useful define “second anchorage group” upon its receptors, still 100–1000 times weaker than weakest antihistaminics, since 31500 35500 mol required inhibit one (Roblin, 1946). This explains why systematic experimental studies on pharmacology activity had wait until late 1930’s early 1940’s, when first discovered (Bovet Staub, Staub Bovet, 1939).
