摘要: Enhanced inflammation response was increasingly reported in association with postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD). Glucocorticoid receptor (GR) signal plays a key role suppression of inflammation. This prospective cohort study aimed to evaluate GR signaling elderly patients undergoing selective operation. One hundred twenty-six were scheduled for hip fracture surgery general anesthesia. Plasma cortisol levels and the expression FK506 binding protein 51 (FKBP51) leukocytes determined at 1 day preoperatively 7 days. Postoperatively pain assessed following using visual analog scale (VAS). Neuropsychological tests performed before week postoperation. A decline or more standard deviations 2 considered reflect POCD. POCD incidence participants 28.3% after surgery. POCD presented significantly higher FKBP51 compared non-POCD (P < .05). Compared patients, VAS scores 12 hours No significant difference found between groups patients. High glucocorticoid resistance associated aged
