摘要: The pancreas usually develops from the fusion of dorsal and ventral pancreatic buds between first 4-8 weeks embryonic life. Annular consists a ring tissue, which partially or completely surrounds descending portion duodenum. is an uncommon congenital anomaly. etiology this anomaly still unknown. It has been associated with other anomalies various clinical symptoms. nutcracker phenomenon defined as compression left renal vein aorta superior mesenteric artery. We report case 54-year-old patient who presented 15-day history nausea vomiting weight loss. On magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) computer tomography (CT) examination, annular syndrome were diagnosed, respectively. In study, we founded that radiologic findings may be importance for surgical procedures.
