Annular Pancreas: A Rare Cause of Acute Pancreatitis

摘要: Context Annular pancreas is an uncommon and rarely reported congenital anomaly which consists of a ring pancreatic tissue encircling the duodenum. Despite nature disease, clinical manifestations may ensue at any age. Case report We herein case 72-year-old female with acute pancreatitis associated duodenal obstruction. On radiologic examination, annular was diagnosed. In view her previous medical history morphologic findings, we concluded that directly related to anomaly. Her course favorable after treatment.
