摘要: Annular pancreas, an uncommon condition, is often hard to diagnose before operation. We report a case of annular pancreas with pancreatitis the annulus that was diagnosed by use computed tomography followed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. An upper gastrointestinal series and duodenoscopy revealed stenosis second portion duodenum. Computed enlargement pancreas. Two years later, follow-up demonstrated calcifications annulus, although remaining seemed be normal.
