摘要: Lysosome-related secretory organelles combine metabolic functions of conventional lysosomes with an inducible potential. Specialized variants such bi-functional are present in several haematopoietic cell types that store, mobilize and/or secrete effector proteins, for example mast cells, macrophages or cytotoxic cells. In the case T lymphocytes and NK it was believed serve as a common storage transport compartment most relevant proteins including FasL, perforin, granzymes granulysin. However, recent observations suggest cells might be able to two distinct lysosomal entities order react differential stimulation either FasL surface appearance degranulation-associated release perforin granzymes. This assumption is supported by proteomic characterization enriched from FasL-associated light biochemically segregate morphologically heavy preferentially contain granzymes, mature Here, we briefly summarize current knowledge about cargo stored transported vesicles how these generated mobilized. addition, describe features major differences discuss expand existing models function.
