摘要: A system of models for the techno-economic evaluation a triple hybrid, reverse osmosis (RO), multistage flush (MSF) and power generation process has been developed. There are three groups underlying system: (A) describing power-generating technology; (B) RO desalination, (C) MSF desalination. Any group individual models, in turn, consists set submodels different hierarchy levels; they are: (1) technological submodel, (2) fuel or energy (3) ecological submodel (4) economic submodel. The is focused on calculation characteristics at operating loads generating systems; covers influx into systems loads; focuses estimation CO2 emissions regimes; gives values indicators, such as (a) cost water, (b) energy, (c) accounting through imposed carbon tax (assuming rates environmental taxes recommended by European Union legislation). This paper contains an analysis behavior indicators various parameters assumptions, load, specific consumption efficiency system, CO2, emissions. model presented can be applied schemes where seasonal surplus unused utilized which characterized higher decreasing
