摘要: It has been hypothesized that a Theory of Mind (ToM) deficit could be vulnerability marker for psychosis. Recent studies, however, have shown ToM deficits in affective relapses bipolar disorder as well the euthymic phase. This study analyzes relationship between and previous history psychotic symptoms disorder. ToM, sustained attention executive functions were analyzed 75 patients with three or more (42 them had 33 did not) 48 healthy subjects. was assessed Advanced Test by Happe. performance similar without symptoms, both cases it significantly reduced compared control group. Similarly, groups showed impaired functions. general cognitive partially explains differences obtained ToM.
