摘要: The present paper supports the hypothesis that hypothalamic dopamine (DA), noradrenaline (NA) and adrenaline (A) nerve terminal systems play an important role in control of secretion LH, prolactin, TSH, GH ACTH secretion. These catecholamine (CA) are not only influenced pre-synaptically by steroidal hypophyseal hormones, but estrogen also produces a marked desensitization α-adrenergic receptors as revealed reduction affinity 3H-clonidine for its binding sites hypothalamus following treatment castrated female rats three days. Under these conditions exerts inhibitory feedback action on LH
