摘要: We studied intraspecific features of the main enzymes metabolism and detoxication xenobiotics on mice (eight inbred lines) rats (five for estimation possible variants complete or incomplete metabolic equality. Significant genetically determined differences activities were described. Generalized criteria comparison status proposed basis enzymes: cytochrome P-450 (hydroxylation epoxidation), epoxyhydrolase, glutathione-S-transferase, UDP-glucuronosyl transferase, sulfotransferase. The parameters an individual can serve as a portraiting.
