摘要: Pharmacogenetics is the use of genetic information to determine who will (or not) respond a given treatment. In order have pharmacogenetic basis, there should be variability in treatment response. Although are data on response all classes medications that used asthma- i.e., glucocorticoids, teophyllin, β2 agonists and leukotriene modifiers- associations been described only for modifiers [1].
