摘要: The design of an automated cartridge exchange module for on-line sample handling in liquid chromatography is described. When combined with a low-cost purge pump, solvent selection valve and auto-sampler, fully system obtained. Samples are sorbed on disposable packed 40 μm octyl-bonded silica, purged clean-up eluted to the analytical column. Unattended operation demonstrated various examples, i.e., determination anti-epileptic drugs serum, anti-cancer drug plasma, barbiturates urine, phenylurea herbicides river water caffeine soft drink.
