摘要: Abstract The Du Pont PREPTM automated sample processor is a centrifugally based, microprocessor controlled instrument that was designed for extraction of samples from biological fluids. Extraction takes place in cartridges containing either organic resins or bonded silica packings as sorbants. This paper will discuss the application several lipophilic and ion exchange sorbants to body advantages these different types be compared their performance with preparation shown. A variety applications including benzodiazepine, barbiturate, aminoglycoside anticonvulsant drugs metabolites serum, urine, tissue homogenates discussed.
