摘要: Background Acral lentiginous melanoma (ALM) is the most common type of in Japan. The association between ALM and acral nevus has not been elucidated. Objective To investigate prevalence dermatoscopic patterns plantar melanocytic nevi on soles Japanese to evaluate relationship ALM. Methods All outpatients (N = 1697) patients 104) were included. We examined number, size, images nevi. Results In control group, was 10.9%, mean size 3.8 ± 2.4 mm. with situ 8.6% that other sites 14.5%. main pattern "parallel furrow" both groups. Limitations This a clinical observational study only. Conclusion did differ from those group.
