摘要: In the present study, we investigated sexual dimorphisms, effects of castration and sex hormone treatment, strain differences in morphology mouse kidney by measuring percentage renal corpuscles with cuboidal cells parietal layer glomerular capsule, diameter number nuclei epithelial proximal convoluted tubule. ICR mice, were larger males than females, numbers lower females. All these parameters became similar to those intact females orchiectomy, restored levels after testosterone treatment orchiectomized males. On other hand, ovariectomy estradiol gave no any parameters. Similar dimorphisms observed BALB/c, C57BL/6, C3H/He DBA/2 mice as although was not significantly different between BALB/c mice. Strain each three among 5 strains. conclusion, study demonstrated morphometrical analysis.
