摘要: Traditionally, land-use models simulate employment at the aggregate level. More recently, some microsimulate single employees. Such allow capturing interaction between location decisions of different employees, such as a new agglomeration office may attract additional restaurant or supply employment. Within last decade, few were developed that choice firms rather than These acknowledge are not made level individual but firm whole is entity relocates. From an academic point view, progress in simulating economic activity has been remarkable. However, stochastic variability model runs questioned validity models, least detailed geographic scale. This chapter provides brief history modelling and describes ILUMASS approach, which microsimulates firms, more detail. Following, synthetic city described two implemented contrasted: One simulates businesses one employees decision-making unit. Recommendations given for reasonable disaggregation.
