摘要: Subjects with asymmetrical hypertrophy of the heart are prone to sudden death. Neither pathogenesis eccentric nor mechanism death is fully understood. In this report we describe certain postmortem findings in hearts 22 subjects who died suddenly, silently and unexpectedly, whom only significant abnormality at autopsy was heart. Deep clefts were present septum seven hearts, small coronary arteries abnormally narrowed ten, sinus node sclerosed by fibrosis 12, there variable narrowing atrioventricular (A-V) artery many His bundle too thin three. There multiple cysts or channels central fibrous body adjacent A-V four hearts. Most displayed a fetal dispersion throughout body, but particularly conspicuous 13 These abnormalities all parts conduction system suggest variety possible mechanisms which could become electrically unstable do not indicate that one single fault all. They offer some explanation for reported high incidence atrial fibrillation such patients, why they fare so badly arrhythmia. While may part be attributable an abnormal sequence speed septal ventricular activation mechanical deficiency caused deep clefts, none these features universally our series. Both frequently accompanies it probably develop pathogenetic mechanisms.
