摘要: All normal arterial blood flow in the myocardium passes through small coronary arteries. In addition to being this essential conduit they also serve as principal site of regulation by virtue their vasoreactivity. To discuss these clearly important vessels presentation will deal first with anatomy and then nature pathological changes them, concluding a section on functional interpretation.
