Catalytic behavior and detoxifying ability of a laccase from the fungal strain Cerrena unicolor

摘要: The kinetics and stability of a laccase isolated purified from the fungal strain Cerrena unicolor were studied. enzyme was produced in great yield without inducers. Kinetic parameters determined by using 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonate) (ABTS) as substrate. At high ABTS concentrations (> 10 mM) substrate inhibition phenomenon appeared an constant Ki 24 mM determined. pH- temperature-profiles well sensitivity to several deactivation agents almost similar those observed with different origins. Freezing-thawing treatment, temperature, acidic pH (< 3.0) acetonitrile strongly affected activity. showed good ability oxidize phenolic substances; significant enhancing effect acting co-substrate. These results seem suggest that this new preparation may be suitable for environmental purposes.
