摘要: A laccase of the basidiomyceteTrametes versicolor was immobilized on porous glass beads that were activated with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and glutaraldehyde. The support 100% enzyme, whereupon 90% original activity retained. After immobilization, enzyme active in a wider pH temperature range, its heat stability reuse greatly improved compared to those free laccase. found reusable treating different substrates, either recycled alone or sequential order.
