摘要: The dissection of gene-trait associations and its translation into practice through plant breeding is a central aspect modern biology. identification genes underlying simply inherited traits has been very successful. However, the for complex (multi-genic) in crop plants with large, often polyploid genomes limited by absence appropriate genetic resources that allow quantitative trait loci (QTL) causal to be identified localised. There also tendency developed germplasm not directly relevant community limiting effective implementation. In this review, we discuss approaches mapping development Multi-parent Advanced Generation Inter-cross (MAGIC) populations derived from breeder-relevant as platform new generation analysis species.
