摘要: During the past two decades coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) has become a widespread therapeutic tool in management of disease. Extensive scientific research been performed leading to considerable technical mastery procedure and refinement selection criteria. As result number patients undergoing CABG gradually increased. A few controlled trials have undertaken evaluate results [1–4]. In these studies overall survival rates improved favour surgical patients, provided they responded specific range The level angina decreased markedly after surgery. However, chest pain recurred large within seven years. main end-points were mortality morbidity. cardiac implies life-threatening situation for most their families. Some fail adapt do not function well psychologically. Increased presurgical anxiety depression already noted by several authors [5,6] even beyond clinical psychological dysfunction.
