摘要: This article details the outcomes of an innovative, qualitative inquiry exploring specific behaviors that facilitate creation equitable, community-based partnerships. Based on a convenience sample 18 community members, service providers, and graduate student researchers previously engaged in 2 assessment efforts, I used critical incident technique to identify 121 unique, facilitating behaviors. These were then inductively categorized into behavioral taxonomy containing 9 domains interest, ranging from gaining entree increasing member comfort willingness participate ensuring does not feel “used or researched.” findings offer unique critically important contribution fields research, practice, learning by identifying foster participatory
