Efficacy of triple therapy plus cetraxate for the Helicobacter pylori eradication in partial gastrectomy patients

摘要: In the present study, we aimed to establish an additional standardized protocol with a higher H. pylori eradication rate in remnant stomach. Fifty-five pylori–positive patients were randomly allocated one of three regimens: LAC—lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin b.i.d. for 7 days (n = 17); LAC+CET—LAC plus cetraxate q.i.d. 20); LEFT—LAC horizontal body position on left side 30 min 18). Patient compliance effects checked via interviews. was successful 75, 72, 41% LAC+CET, LEFT, LAC, respectively. The significantly LAC+CET than LAC (P 0.024) but not LEFT 0.058). Adverse events that occurred each group almost all mild ones. Cetraxate 1 week is safe effective regime after partial gastrectomy.
