摘要: Interspecific somatic hybrids between a dihaploid potato clone H-8105 susceptible to Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary and resistant diploid tuberizing species Solanum bulbocastanum were generated analysed. Only ten regenerants displaying the intermediate morphology with dominating characteristics of wild parent (simple leaves, anthocyanin pigmentation) produced in 15 weeks after single PEG-mediated fusion event.
