摘要: Interspecific somatic hybrids between a dihaploid potato clone H-8105 susceptible to Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary and resistant diploid tuberizing species Solanum bulbocastanum were generated analysed. Only ten regenerants displaying the intermediate morphology with dominating characteristics of wild parent (simple leaves, anthocyanin pigmentation) produced in 15 weeks after single PEG-mediated fusion event. The RAPD patterns confirmed hybridity all them. rooted poorly grew slowly vitro. cytological analysis revealed high degree aneuploidy morphological growth anomalies vitro, while morphologically normal tetraploids. All S. (+) unstable culture three them consequently lost during years propagation possible reasons for instability distantly related are discussed.
