摘要: Crossability between the diploid species S. circaeifolium subsp. (crc) and other species, primarily tuberosum (tbr-2x), was studied. Forty-seven hybrids were obtained from crosses crc as female parent tbr-2x some series Tuberosa male parents. Of these 17% diploids; 83% triploids, probably carrying two genomes of crc. Female fertility sufficient to obtain offspring backcrosses with cultivated parent. Pollen stainability f1 varied, micro-pollen well unreduced pollen occurred. During meiosis diploids triploids a rather high proportion univalents found, in on average or three trivalents per cell found. All resistant Globodera pallida pathotypes 2 3, 75% tested genotypes highly Phytophthora infestans. Solanidine, tomatidine, tomatidenol, demissidine glycosides found tubers hybrids. Comparisons somatic are made. It is concluded that valuable Solanum can should be included potato breeding programs.
