摘要: Abstract Caulerpa racemosa var. cylindracea is one of the well-known invasive species in Mediterranean Sea. In present study, dried biomass C. was shown to have adsorption capacity for methylene blue. The reached equilibrium at 90 min all studied concentrations (5–100 mg/L). pseudo-second-order model well line with our experimental results. There a sharp increase adsorbed dye amount per adsorbent from 3.3 16.7 g/L, then slight up 66.7 g/L observed. Langmuir and Freundlich’s models were applied data related isotherm. According Langmuir’s data, observed maximum ( q m ) 5.23 mg/g 18 °C. enthalpy found be 33 kJ/mol, which indicated chemical between molecules functional groups.
