Origin of giant dielectric response in LiCuNb3O9 distorted perovskite ceramics

摘要: Abstract LiCuNb3O9 ceramics with the distorted cubic perovskite structure were prepared by a solid-state reaction method. The ceramic exhibited very large value of permittivity (∼4.4 × 104 at 100 kHz) room temperature (∼300 K) and low-temperature dielectric relaxation behaviour following Arrhenius law. origin giant response was correlated ceramics. barrier layers in grain boundaries mixed-valent Cu+/Cu2+ found to contribute confirmed X-ray spectroscopy complex impedance analyses.
