Exploring the relationship between web accessibility and user experience

摘要: Understanding the interplay between user experience (UX) and Web accessibility is key to design sites that, beyond access, could provide a better UX for people with disabilities. In this paper we examine relationship attributes accessibility. We measured in two ways: perceived as reported by participants terms of conformance guidelines. Findings uncover that significantly correlated 27 35 analysed, suggesting these qualities are closely related. The WCAG 2.0 more elusive: only found significant correlations hedonic original, innovative exciting.
