摘要: Anti-idiotypic antibodies that mimic tumour-associated antigens can stimulate anti-tumour T-cell responses. In this article, we have studied the role of Fc in presentation epitopes by 2 anti-idiotypic antibodies, 105AD7 and 708. The human monoclonal antibody 105AD7, which mimics CD55, stimulated strong vitro proliferation, γIFN secretion redirected cytotoxicity unprimed T cells from healthy donors. However, removal region anti-idiotype reduced sensitivity assay 1,000-fold, as did inhibiting uptake an excess IgG. mouse 708, CEA, failed to responses on when a IgG1 replaced its region, induced lymphocytes unimmunised Human anti-idiotypes are therefore good immunogens since they target receptors antigen-presenting cells, allowing efficient stimulation both helper cytotoxic immunogenicity other may be enhanced targeting cells. © 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
