摘要: Abstract The temperature rise in thin metallic foils under intense electron irradiation has been computed as a function of beam conditions, energy, and the physical properties foil. model due to Gale Hale was used conjunction with corrected Bethe energy loss formula for relativistic electrons. Although nature assumptions made renders results generally unapplicable low thermal conductivity materials, set conditions etc. are specific particular case small ceramic foil (UO2).
