摘要: Horse oil contains linoleic, palmitoleic and unsaturated fatty acids that are similar to those in human skin, may therefore be an ideal substance from which isolate biosurfactants for cosmetic products improve skin quality. Herein, innovative approach was developed synthesise sophorolipids horse by hydrolysis, followed fermentation using the yeast Candida bombicola. The yield of direct hydrolysed 40.6 ± 1.3 g l-1 58.4 1.8 respectively. To further increase yield, 30-40 glucose added a fed-batch process maintain pH between 4.0 4.5, resulting conversion 71.7 0.8 . purity structure synthesised were analysed ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry nuclear magnetic resonance. An vitro dermal fibroblast model used as surrogate measure elastase inhibition activity. Antiwrinkle properties isolated better than or several assays. Furthermore, no cytotoxicity observed at concentration 50 μg ml-1 , wound-healing capacity evident cell culture model. Additionally, attenuated lipopolysaccharide-induced expression inflammatory cytokines macrophages, efficiently inhibited strains bacteria yeast. In conclusion, is novel efficient producing high-quality high-yield exhibit great potential ingredients.
