摘要: Ret is the receptor for glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and neurturin (NTN). Defects in this underlie several genetic syndromes. The a transmembrane tyrosine kinase which transduces Ret-mediated signaling to variety of pathways, most notably Ras pathway phosphatidylinositol-3 pathway. These pathways are activated through interaction adaptor proteins phosphorylated receptor. ultimate biological effects, depending on type, include morphological changes cytoskeleton, scattering, proliferation, differentiation.
