摘要: Background: Exercise-induced muscle damage can affect exercise performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects Carnitine and Glutamine supplementation on markers soreness after physical exertion football players. Materials Methods: Twenty eight healthy male players aged 21.1±0.7 were recruited in a double blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial 3 weeks supplementation. Before protocol, each participant had run treadmill for 30 minutes at 75% VO2max. Participants randomly divided into 4 groups: L-Carnitine, L- Glutamine, L-Carnitine plus placebo. Blood samples obtained pre-exercise immediately exercise. Muscle was assessed both occasions two days Results: L-Glutamine 21 significantly decreased Creatine Kinase activity as marker muscle’s before (P=0.014) (P=0.047), (P=0.057). However, Lactate Dehydrogenase affected by Conclusion: Chronic oral reduce chemical tissue In addition, these supplements may pain optimize processes repair.
