摘要: The performance of a communication link can be improved by maximizing the mutual information between input and output signals. This paper considers this maximization problem in molecular where both transmitter receiver are circuit. general optimization is hard to solve. We simplify limiting reactions with linear reaction rates circuits limited number species. derive an expression use it for numerical maximization. show that our parameterized circuit able give close upper bound obtained earlier work.
