摘要: Abstract A method to detect the presence and determine concentration of mercury arsenic in extracts ancient papers, based on an approach which allows integration solid-phase target analytes their detection, is proposed. Automation overall process (viz. swelling conditioning sorbent, sample introduction for retention, drying sorbent by air proper measurement, elution prior next sample) achieved on-line connection a lab-on-valve system laboratory-made methacrylate cell concentration-measurement. After optimization variables influencing method, characterization provided LODs LOQs 0.006 0.02 μg g−1 paper, respectively, Hg; 0.007 0.027 μg g−1, As, with repeatability 6.37% Hg 5.62% reproducibility 8.13% 7.46% respectively.
