摘要: Resting blood pressure in both white and black families participating the HERITAGE Family Study was analyzed using a simple familial correlation model to assess influences. The two samples of were separately together, providing an opportunity test for heterogeneity resemblance. Maximal heritability 46% systolic (SBP) 31% diastolic (DBP) pooled sample. Noticeably higher heritabilities found sample (68% SBP 56% DBP) than (43% 24% DBP). patterns correlations similar blacks whites, with exception that spouse resemblance significant but not families. These results along finding magnitude suggest effects host environmental factors differ between races.
