摘要: Induced breeding of fish by hormones dates back to very early times, as has been extensively reviewed PICKFORD and ATZ (1957), DODD (1960), others. The disadvantages are obvious because their species specificity, etc. In recent years, the chemical “Clomid” (clomiphene citrate) administered humans with positive results GREENBLATT (1961), MELLINGER et al. (1970), COY (1963), CROOK (1969), SCHNEIDER (1968), Surprisingly, only PANDEY HOAR (1972) have used Clomid make gravid goldfish spawn in laboratory. However, is a laboratory animal, experimentation was done on females, document does not throw light path action drug. Therefore, we studied effect commercially important fish. This during its offseason it felt that would help increase production protein-rich food. It considered worthwhile recording Clomid, well reactions caudal neurosecretory neurons, yield additional basic information this area.
