摘要: Abstract During the course of sensitivity tests eighteen patients were treated at different times with same dosages follicle-stimulating hormone (F.S.H.) and human chorionic gonadotrophin (H.C.G.) without clomiphene citrate. Nine out fifteen who provided sufficient data for analysis given F.S.H. which on average 40% minimum effective dose. None responded to this treatment (as judged by œstriol pregnanediol excretion). Six others 72% dose All combined gonadotrophins citrate but only three respond alone. In these six cases augmented activity a factor 173% (95% fiducial limits 101-788%).
