摘要: The immune system is composed of an enormous variety cells and molecules that generate a collective coordinated response on exposure to foreign antigens, called the response. Within response, endo-lysosomal proteases play key role. In this review we cover specific roles cathepsins in innate adaptive immunity, as well their implication pathogenesis several diseases.
