摘要: With 7 figures and 1 table Abstract The causal agent of potato wart (Synchytrium endobioticum) is an obligate parasitic chytrid fungus. It included as a quarantine pathogen in 55 countries, with losses susceptible cultivars reaching 50–100%. The aim our study was to characterize the resistance S. endobioticum pathotype cultivated potatoes from well-characterized subset Vavilov Institute Plant Industry collection determine whether this associated species taxonomy, ploidy, geographic distance or molecular marker Nl25-1400 proposed for screening S. endobioticum. Within diversity 52 landrace genotypes, work shows lack such predictive associations resistance. High intraspecific variation diseases allows selection extremely resistant genotypes available future genetic breeding studies.
