摘要: The light microscopic morphology, chemical composition, ultrasonic fractionation, ultracentrifugal separation and absorption characteristics of Auer bodies have all been described. However, since the initial observations by John in 1906 until advent electron microscopy, few data added to elucidate structure these bodies. With aid microscope, found be coacervates laminated, homogeneous, crystalline plaques with long axis same plane as rod. ultracytologic resemblance between cytoplasmic granulation supports previous histochemical evidence suggesting genesis from granules. Existing indicates that newly discovered fibrillar formation recently described granule-vacuole body are structure. Although studies show similarities structures bodies, they architecturally unrelated probably distinctly different pathophysiologic significance.
