摘要: Employing the Gomori lead salt method (pH 5.0), acid phosphatase activity was demonstrated in Auer bodies. The presence of this enzyme may be considered further evidence similarity between leukocyte granules, known to contain phosphatase, and structure. No alkaline exhibited these significance findings is discussed.
