摘要: An improved method for the separation of genetic variants human serum alpha 2 HS-glycoprotein using isoelectric focusing in ultrathin-layer polyacrylamide gel containing carrier ampholyte pH 4 to 6.5 gradient and neuraminidase pretreated samples is described. The pattern obtained simple, easily interpretable, reproducible.
