摘要: Abstract An attempt to find out the effectiveness of using short time span measurements monitor or assess acoustical environment is summarized in present study. Long noise level recording was carried high-rise residential areas Hong Kong. The results were then obtained from these records by arbitrarily choosing a period specific length. It found that there high probability can be very much lower than worst scenario site, but estimations energy-based Day–night and Day–evening–night are within engineering tolerance. also taking one additional measurement at site strategically improve significantly assessment outcome for day period.
