摘要: Rhizobial inoculation has a positive impact on plants growth; however, there is little information about its effect soil microbial communities and their activity in the rhizosphere. It was therefore necessary to test of Acacia senegal (L.) Willd. seedlings with selected rhizobia plant growth, structure diversity bacterial functioning relation provenance origin. In order carry out this experiment, three A. seeds from Kenya, Niger, Senegal were inoculated rhizobial strains. They have been further grown during 4 months greenhouse conditions two non-disinfected soils, Dahra Goudiry coming respectively arid semi-arid areas. The principal component analysis (ACP) showed an rhizospheric functioning. However, performances strains varied seed strains, origin modified as measured by analysis/denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analyses. interesting note that highly structured according provenance, whereas they soil. Besides, activities fluorescein diacetate analyses Nevertheless, total times higher Goudiry, than Dahra, Our results suggest suitable tool for improving growth fertility. Yet, dependent inoculants, will, therefore, be crucial identify appropriate or species type.
