DataBase on Demand

摘要: At CERN a number of key database applications are running on user-managed MySQL services. The demand project was born out an idea to provide the user community with environment develop and run services outside actual centralised Oracle based Database Demand (DBoD) empowers perform certain actions that had been traditionally done by administrators, DBA's, providing enterprise platform for applications. It also allows different engines, e.g. presently open version single instance server. This article describes technology approach face this challenge, service level agreement, SLA provides, evolution possible scenarios.
