摘要: The increasing number of experimental microwave breast imaging systems and the need to properly model them have motivated our development an integrated numerical characterization technique. We use Ansoft HFSS a formalism we developed previously numerically characterize S-parameter- based system link it inverse scattering algorithm. show successful reconstructions simple test objects using synthetic data. demonstrate sensitivity image knowledge background dielectric properties limits current model.
